A project will commence only after confirmation and agreed advance payment.
Payment terms will be defined in the proposal or invoice.
Delayed payments may result in paused services or project delays.
All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate information and required materials on time.
Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes.
Ensure they have legal rights to any content provided (logos, images, text, etc.).
Raspicon is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete client inputs.
Upon full payment, the final approved project deliverables will belong to the client.
Raspicon retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Any proprietary tools, frameworks, or pre-developed systems remain the property of Raspicon.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.
Raspicon shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Business interruption
Data loss due to third-party hosting or platform failures
Marketing results influenced by external factors (platform algorithm changes, competition, etc.)
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
Our services may include third-party tools, hosting providers, payment gateways, or advertising platforms. Raspicon is not responsible for the policies, downtime, or actions of third-party providers.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
If terminated:
Payments for completed work remain payable.
Ongoing work may be billed proportionately.
Any additional work outside the agreed project scope may incur extra charges. Scope changes must be approved in writing.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in [Insert City, India].
